THIS CNC RECEIVER IS MANUFACTURED FROM SOLID BLOCK OF AIRCRAFT ALUMINIUM EN AW 7075 T651, WHICH HAS BETTER STRENGTH (590 MPA), THAN COMMON CONSTRUCTION STEEL (390 MPA).
THANKS TO THE USED MATERIAL, THIS RECEIVER HAS MUCH HIGHER DURABILITY THAN COMMON CASTED ZINC-ALUMINUM ALLOY RECEIVERS.
MANUFACTURING ONE OF THOSE CNC RECEIVERS REQUIRES A LOT OF TIME AND MATERIAL.
CNC RECEIVERS HAVE MUCH MORE MATERIAL ON EVERY PART FOR BEST STRENGTH AND RESILIENCE.
BECAUSE OF USED MATERIAL EN AW 7075 T651, OUR CNC RECEIVER IS VERY LIGHTWEIGHT AND RESILIENT FROM BRAKING.
BECAUSE OF REINFORCED PARTS ON OUR RECEIVERS, UPPERS AND LOWERS FROM OTHER MANUFACTURERS ARE NOT INTERCHANGEABLE.

UPPER HAS MILLED RIS RAIL MIL-STD-1913.
A CHARGING HANDLE CAN BE USED FROM AN ORIGINAL REPLICA, BUT WE RECOMMEND GETTING RETROARMS CHARGING HANDLE.
SHELL DEFLECTOR AND FORWARD ASSIST PIN ARE MILLED TOGETHER WITH UPPER FROM ONE BLOCK OF ALUMINUM.
THE UPPER RECEIVER HAS ALSO A DUST COVER MOUNTED ON SPRING, WHICH IS IN NORMALLY CLOSED POSITION (INSTEAD OF NORMALLY OPEN), BUT IT CAN BE EASILY OPENED TO ACCESS THE HOP UP CHAMBER.
HANDGUARD THREAD IS M31.5X1.5 AND THERE SHOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM WITH INSTALLING HANDGUARDS OF OTHER MANUFACTURERS.
OUTER BARRELS CAN BE USED FROM RETROARMS OFFER, OR FROM ANY OTHER ORIGINAL REPLICA, MANUFACTURED BY TOKYO MARUI STANDARD.

THE LOWER RECEIVER IS ALSO MILLED FROM ONE SOLID BLOCK OF AIRCRAFT ALUMINIUM EN AW 7075 T651 AND IS SIGNIFICANTLY REINFORCED, FOR BEST RESILIENCE AND PROTECTION FROM BRAKING.
WE RECOMMEND INSTALLING RETROARMS V2 GEARBOX INTO THE LOWER RECEIVER.
WE CAN'T GUARANTEE THAT GEARBOXES MADE BY OTHER MANUFACTURERS WOULD WORK PROPERLY.
FOR REMOVING „METAL" NOISES WHILE FIRING, WE RECOMMEND INSTALLING INCLUDED RUBBER PADS TO THE PRE-MILLED SLOTS, WHERE THEY SUPPORT GEARBOX AND METAL RESONATION WILL BE REMOVED.
WE ENHANCED SPACE IN THE LOWER RECEIVER FOR WIRING, WHICH LEADS INTO THE HANDGUARD.
LOWER AND UPPER ARE CONNECTED BY SPECIAL WEDGE PINS, WHICH PUSH AGAINST EACH OTHER AND BOTH RECEIVER PARTS ARE PUSHED TOGETHER.
THIS REMOVES ALL PLAY IN THE RECEIVER AND ALSO ALL GAPS WHICH WE KNOW FROM ALLOY CASTED RECEIVERS.
THANKS TO ALL OF THIS AND ALSO HIGH QUALITY MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING PROCESS, BOTH OF THE RECEIVER PARTS FIT TOGETHER PERFECTLY.

WEDGE PINS ARE FIXED WITH A SCREW, SO WITH MORE SCREWING, THERE IS MORE FORCE ON PINS.
THERE IS NO NEED FOR BRUTE FORCE (MORE INFORMATION BELOW) TO BE USED.
THE CENTER PIN IS ALSO SECURED BY A SCREW, SO IT WILL ALSO NOT DROP OUT.

STOCK IS INSTALLED ON A SPECIAL ADAPTOR, WHICH CAN TAKE ANY STANDARD TM AR15 BUFFER TUBE.
THE ADAPTER CAN BE REPLACED FOR EITHER QSC ADAPTER, OR OUR CNC BUFFER TUBE WITH BAYONET MOUNT CAN BE INSTALLED.

ALL RECEIVER ACCESSORIES LIKE ENDPLATE, FORWARD ASSIST PIN, MAGAZINE CATCH, BOLT CATCH, FIRE SELECTOR COVER, FIRE SELECTOR CAN BE CHANGED WITH ANY OTHER STANDARD PARTS FROM ORIGINAL REPLICAS, OR YOU CAN USE CNC ONES FROM RETROARMS OFFER.
WE RECOMMEND INSTALLATION OF RETROARMS CNC FIRE SELECTOR, BECAUSE IT HAS PRECISE SELECTION, SMOOTH MOVE AND WORKS PERFECTLY IN ANY FIRE MODES.
ALSO USE OF RETROARMS ENDPLATE IS RECOMMENDED.

THIS CNC RECEIVER IS SANDBLASTED WITH SYNTHETIC CORUNDUM AND IS PROTECTED WITH HARD ANODIZING.
THE EN AW 7075 T651 MATERIAL IS VERY HARD TO ANODIZE DUE ITS HIGH STRENGTH AND HARDNESS, COMMON ANODIZING PROCESS CAN'T REACH DEEP ENOUGH IN THE SURFACE.
IF WE DIDN'T ANODIZE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED FROM THIS MATERIAL, THERE WOULD BE A HUGE RISK OF CORROSION (BIG GRAY SPOTS WITH ROTTEN LOOK).
THANKS TO THE SANDBLASTING PROCESS THE SURFACE IS MATTE.
AFTER PURCHASE, WE RECOMMEND TREATING THE SURFACE WITH A LITTLE BIT OF OIL ON A CLOTH.
THIS PROCESS WILL ALLOW THE SURFACE TO ABSORB SOME OF THE OIL AND WILL LEAVE A NICE DARK AND UNIFORM FINISH.

INSTALLATION OF CNC RECEIVER AND GEARBOX REQUIRES PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS.
THERE ARE A LOT OF AIRSOFT MANUFACTURERS ON THE MARKET AND EVERY ONE OF THEM CREATES THEIR OWN DIMENSIONS, THERE ARE NO STANDARDS LIKE ENGINEERING ISO IN AIRSOFT.
THIS IS THE MAIN PROBLEM WITH A LOT OF INNER AND OUTER PARTS FROM DIFFERENT MANUFACTURERS WHICH CAN BE THE SAME PRODUCT, BUT WITH DIFFERENT DIMENSIONS.
WE RECOMMEND USING ONLY PARTS FROM MANUFACTURERS WITH TOKYO MARUI COMPATIBLE PARTS.

RECOMMENDED RECEIVER ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE:
INSERT A GEARBOX INTO THE LOWER RECEIVER WITH GLUED RUBBER PADS
INSTALL MIDDLE PIN
INSTALL PISTOL GRIP AND LIGHTLY TIGHTEN THE SCREWS (THEY WILL BE TIGHTENED LATER)
INSTALL UPPER RECEIVER AND USE HORIZONTAL ALIGNMENT MECHANISM TO ALIGN AND TIGHTEN THE GEARBOX
TAKE OFF UPPER RECEIVER AND TIGHTEN THE PISTOL GRIP
INSTALL REAR BODY PIN
INSTALL QSC INSERT INTO THE BUFFER TUBE MOUNT
ASSEMBLY THE REST OF YOUR REPLICA BASED ON YOUR PREFERENCE
